Ten outstanding airlines were recently named the recipients of the first Bombardier Airline Reliability Performance Awards. The awards, presented by Bombardier Commercial Aircraft's Customer Services and Support group, recognize operators of Q-Series turboprops and CRJ regional jets who logged dispatch reliability rates of 99 per cent or better during 2007.

Bombardier recently concluded its bi-annual Q-Series turboprop Operators' Conference and Trade Show. Over 550 participants from around the world came together to participate in training opportunities and to review best practices regarding maintenance and technical solutions which were all directed towards elevating carriers' operational efficiency.
